Lavanya comes from a farmer’s family in Cheepurupalli, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh.  Lavanya graduated from first batch of NIIT Tadepalligudem in year 2019 and took a 6 months break to help her mom at home for sister’s delivery. Late 2019 she moved to Hyderabad for Java training course. Lavanya could not get a job interviews and also due to Covid she moved back to Cheepurupalli. Lavanya was worried as she didn’t get any job interviews in whole of 2020 due to Covid as well as she was from 2019 pass out.

Samisti Role : Samisti Trust mentored her to improve communication skills, soft skills, Technical skills and also Samisti arranged 2 job interviews and also a contract job was offered. In the mean time, with her improved technical skills and communication skills she managed to get a job as Software Engineer in a MNC at Hyderabad.
