My name is Priyanka.i have completed B.tech in computer Science and Engineering in Vignan’s Nirula Institute of Technology and Science for Women, Guntur.
I completed my academic program from June 2018 to June 2022. I got 2 job offers while studying in college
I waited for job opportunities.After completing my college, I eagerly awaited onboarding at a company. Finally, I received a joined date, but unexpectedly, just two days before joining, they postponed the onboarding. After some days, they regretfully informed me of the cancellation. Later, in March, I moved to Hyderabad, where I pursued Python and SQL courses. my father’s cousin referred my name to Samisti volunteers from the Samisti group. My father’s cousin, associated with Samisti is in touch with them. They recommended me from Samisti volunteers through their support, not only helped me secure an internship with my communication skills but also assisted me in getting a mentor.
When I attended interviews in Hyderabad, I faced rejection due to feedback about my communication skills. Samisti volunteers motivated me significantly. The three of them motivated me a lot. I am worried and I have a communication problem. They gave me many suggestions and motivated me a lot. They advised me to speak in English with everyone, stating that it would help improve my communication skills. I learned a lot from them. They arranged an internship for me at a Multinational beverage company, and it proved immensely beneficial. It significantly improved my communication skills and provided insights into office dynamics and work culture.
I did my internship from Sep ’23 to Oct ’23. Later, in November, I worked as a Python mentor at Naresh i Technologies for a duration of two and a half months. I attended many interviews while working in the institute.
In Nov ’23, one of the volunteers from the group, organized interviews for me with Multi National company in Pune for a contract role. One day, I attended an interview at a Multi National company in Pune, I was successfully selected, but the company is located in Pune. my father did not approve i go to Pune. One of the Samisti volunteer spoke with my brother, and finally my brother agreed to me go to Pune. My brother spoke with my father to allow me to go to Pune for the job. I express my gratitude to Samisti volunteers who have been a great help in my life. I am thankful to you all, and I also thank God for introducing me to such wonderful people.
I consider them as my teachers. It is because of them that I have achieved success. The reason for my success is these three individuals. Expressing gratitude to them is not enough. They are very kind individuals. I am grateful to them, and I aspire to express my gratitude throughout my life. I always wish u hope They should achieve more significant positions in life. This is my journey from Hyderabad to Pune.
